ZWMC Member Lauren Greenberger testified on HB 161 before the Maryland General Assembly to have the Department of Legislative Services review the functions of the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority. The legislation passed in 2023 and the review is under way. Lauren’s testimony begins around 1:37.
